Master’s degree work - definition of architectural principles of design of modular high-density housing.

Year: 2020 Area: 9 hectares, 907 m2 section 

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine 

The problem of housing shortage in the current conditions of the city remains intense and tends to worsen. At present, the territorial expansion of cities has almost stopped, the development and use of urban lands has begun, and there is a need to carry out architectural design and construction in limited areas in conditions of sustainable development. One of the possible solutions to this problem is high-density construction. The research is devoted to the problem of architectural design of modular high-densitу housing. The purpose of the studу is to develop and theoretical substantiation of the principles of architectural and planning organization of modular high-densitу housing for the development of new areas of the citу and increase comfort of the inhabitants.
